Merge Presses 7th Circ. For Fees In $3M Fight With Insurer

Law360, New York (August 10, 2012, 4:36 PM ET) -- Merge Healthcare Solutions Inc. urged the Seventh Circuit on Wednesday to award it attorneys' fees in a coverage fight with Carolina Casualty Insurance Co., arguing there was no bona fide dispute about the insurer's duty to cover the full $3 million fee award in acquisition-related securities litigation.
