US Bank Denied Quick Victory In AMR Collateral Row

Law360, New York (September 20, 2012, 3:42 PM ET) -- AMR Corp.'s dispute with U.S. Bank Trust NA over the value of airplanes that serve as collateral for $450 million in notes will continue, after a New York bankruptcy judge said Thursday he needs an evidentiary hearing to decide the matter.
