Law360, New York (October 23, 2007, 12:00 AM ET) -- The long-running securities litigation against Tyco International Inc. may finally wind to a close if a district court judge grants a motion that will give final approval to the $3 billion settlement reached in the case.
In a motion filed Monday in the U.S. District Court for the District of New Hampshire, attorneys for the plaintiffs in the case asked Judge Paul J. Barbadoro for final approval of the settlement agreement and allocation plan reached between Tyco and the class members earlier this year.
