Law360, New York (November 27, 2007, 12:00 AM ET) -- Broadcom Corp.’s former human resources head will reportedly comply with regulators in their investigations of an alleged employee options backdating scheme by pleading guilty to obstructing justice during the probe.
Nancy Tullos, who after a six-year stint left Broadcom in 2004 and took up a position with Qlogic Corp., plans to file her guilty plea as early as this week, according to the Los Angeles Times.
