Private Equity Giants Get LBO Collusion Suit Pared Down

Law360, New York (March 13, 2013, 9:07 PM ET) -- A federal judge on Wednesday limited the scope of a proposed shareholder class action alleging Bain Capital LLC, KKR & Co. LP, the Carlyle Group LP and other big-name private equity firms conspired to hold down the prices of companies they’d targeted for purchase.
