McGinn Smith Founders Can't Shed Investor Fraud Convictions

Law360, New York (April 26, 2013, 6:58 PM ET) -- The convicted founders of brokerage McGinn Smith & Co. failed to persuade a New York federal judge Friday to acquit them or give them a retrial over their alleged scheme to use $4 million in investor funds for personal expenses.
