Fake Atty, 2 Others Ran $25M Ponzi Scheme, SEC Says

Law360, Miami (September 20, 2013, 5:23 PM ET) -- The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on Friday accused two former principals of a Florida-based investment company and a man who falsely passed himself off as an attorney of swindling investors of $25 million in a Ponzi scheme.
