Law360, New York (December 11, 2008, 12:00 AM ET) -- A judge has reportedly denied Dreier LLP founder Marc Dreier's request to be released from custody on $10 million bond.
The prominent New York lawyer was charged in Manhattan federal court on Monday on his return from Toronto, where he had been arrested for impersonating the legal adviser to a pension fund.
