Greenberg Traurig Served Securities Fraud Suit

Law360, New York (August 03, 2006, 12:00 AM ET) -- Several former UCAP Inc. investors have filed a securities suit against Greenberg Traurig, accusing the firm of “pump and dump” stock schemes.

The lawsuit alleges that during the two-month period between January 2, 2003 and February 28, 2003, Greenberg Traurig assisted four executives who ran the company in the issuance of over five million shares of inflated UCAP stock.
