E.C. Plans To Probe Microsoft Office

Law360, New York (September 15, 2006, 12:00 AM ET) -- E.U. Competition Commissioner Neelie Kroes said Thursday that complaints over Microsoft Office have prompted the regulator to take action.

Kroes, who spoke at the Fordham Annual Conference on International Antitrust Law & Policy, declined to comment further on the investigation.
