Judge Shuts Down IMac Display Screen Class Action

Law360, New York (December 21, 2009, 5:41 PM ET) -- A federal judge has dismissed a proposed class action alleging Apple Inc. failed to disclose a manufacturing defect in iMac display screens, largely ruling that the plaintiff had failed to adequately plead his case and giving him only limited opportunities to make additional changes.
