Tsera, Iriver Settle Touch Pad Spat With Patent License

Law360, New York (January 19, 2010, 12:44 PM ET) -- Iriver Inc. has become the latest defendant to settle in Tsera LLC's suit accusing a slew of electronics manufacturers of infringing a patent for touch pad technology.

Tsera and Iriver filed their stipulated motion to dismiss the Korean electronics company with prejudice in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas on Friday, citing a confidential settlement and licensing agreement the two sides reached Thursday.
