Law360, New York (March 09, 2010, 6:13 PM ET) -- TechRadium Inc. has dropped GroupCast LLC from a patent suit accusing nearly a dozen communications companies of infringing three mass notification patents.
GroupCast and TechRadium filed a stipulation of dismissal Monday in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas.
An attorney for GroupCast noted that the dismissal was not the result of a settlement, but declined further comment. Attorneys for TechRadium could not immediately be reached for comment.
