Law360, New York (May 11, 2010, 2:12 PM ET) -- Alcatel-Lucent has become the latest defendant to resolve a suit brought by an Acacia Research Corp. unit accusing nearly two dozen companies of infringing a patent covering a digital network access server.
Alcatel and Acacia's Network Gateway Solutions LLC subsidiary filed a stipulation of dismissal Tuesday in the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware, saying they had settled all claims and counterclaims between them.
