BellSouth and Glenayre Settle Patent Dispute

Law360, New York (October 27, 2003, 12:00 AM ET) -- BellSouth Intellectual Property Marketing Corporation, a wholly-owned subsidiary of BellSouth Corporation, and Glenayre Electronics, a subsidiary of Glenayre Technologies, Inc., have entered into a license and settlement agreement to resolve a patent infringement lawsuit filed in January by BellSouth against Glenayre, the two companies said Monday.
