Law360, New York (July 21, 2010, 5:01 PM ET) -- The Federal Trade Commission has decided to suspend the legal proceedings in its case against Intel Corp. by an additional two weeks to give the agency additional time to consider a proposed settlement, the agency announced Wednesday.
In June, the FTC and Intel agreed to stay the administrative proceeding over Intel's alleged antitrust violations for 30 days while a proposed consent decree was reviewed by the commission.
