Law360, New York (October 18, 2010, 6:05 PM ET) -- A federal judge has signed off on a settlement in a suit against Microsoft Corp. and Yahoo Inc. that accused the companies of infringing copyrights through their music download services.
Judge Todd Campbell on Friday approved the confidential deal to end litigation between the companies and plaintiffs in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Tennessee, with each side to bear its own legal costs.
