Law360, New York (October 28, 2010, 3:55 PM ET) -- A federal judge has preserved a jury's decision that FedEx Corp. infringed a host of patents for a flight data system held by Harris Corp., ruling that the technology company did not engage in inequitable conduct when it procured the patents.
