US Wants Trade Secret Suits Against UPS, USPS Tossed

Law360, New York (December 06, 2010, 4:34 PM ET) -- The U.S. government has asked two federal courts to throw out lawsuits alleging the U.S. Postal Service stole trade secrets and improperly used software developed by technology company RQ Squared LLC to coordinate package deliveries between the USPS and UPS Inc.
