TradeComet Battles Google Over Antitrust Suit Forum

Law360, New York (January 26, 2011, 4:31 PM ET) -- Web developer TradeComet.com LLC asked Second Circuit judges on Wednesday to reverse a lower court's findings that the company must bring antitrust allegations against Google Inc. on the search giant's home turf under the terms of an advertising contract.
