Law360, New York (March 03, 2011, 7:21 PM ET) -- A judge in the U.S. International Trade Commission in December rejected Eastman Kodak Co.’s attempts to rid itself of claims that its digital cameras infringed on patents held by Apple Inc., the commission announced Wednesday.
In orders made public Wednesday, Administrative Law Judge Robert K. Rogers Jr. rejected two motions by Kodak for summary determinations of noninfringement of Apple’s patents.
