'Face Book Of Sex' Seeks To Undo Facebook Trademark

Law360, New York (May 24, 2011, 3:20 PM ET) -- The operators of the "Face Book of Sex" fired back late Monday at Facebook Inc.'s infringement claims in a California federal court, calling the social media giant a trademark bully that has no rights to its "common and well-known" name.

Facebook filed suit April 13 alleging that Various Inc., which operates the FriendFinder online dating service, and several others infringe its trademarks with their network of adult-themed social media sites.
