Law360, New York (June 25, 2007, 12:00 AM ET) -- Military contractor Indigo Systems Corp. rebutted Raytheon Corp.'s motion to strike some of its answer to Raytheon's complaint in a patent case on Friday, calling Raytheon's tactics “unnecessary and futile.”
Raytheon sued Indigo, founded in 1996 by two of Raytheon's former employees, in March, alleging the company had hired away more than 30 Raytheon employees, who took a number of trade secrets and patents with them.
