Law360, New York (November 08, 2011, 5:48 PM ET) -- A Texas federal judge on Friday granted AT&T Inc.'s bid to drop one of several companies from a suit accusing them of mining customer data from AT&T subsidiaries, allowing the parties to work out the details of a settlement.
U.S. District Judge Reed O'Connor granted AT&T's unopposed motion to dismiss its claims against Chris J. Gose and his company CCI Communications LLC, but left AT&T two weeks to reinstate them following discovery if it chooses.
