Law360, New York (January 06, 2012, 5:02 PM ET) -- AU Optronics Corp. and Samsung Electronics Co. buried the hatchet Friday in several patent lawsuits against each other over liquid crystal display panels in federal court and the U.S. International Trade Commission.
The settlement, in which the companies agreed to license each others' patents, resolves two cases in the District of Delaware, one in the Northern District of California and two in the U.S. International Trade Commission.
