Microsoft Presses Judge To Toss Novell Antitrust Row

Law360, Los Angeles (January 13, 2012, 7:19 PM ET) -- Microsoft Corp. asked a federal judge in Utah on Friday to throw out Novell Inc.'s long-running, high-stakes antitrust lawsuit over WordPerfect and other software programs, saying no reasonable jury could rule against it, just one month after a jury deadlocked in the case.
