EPIC Seeks Public Release Of Google's Privacy Report

Law360, New York (February 02, 2012, 4:19 PM ET) -- The Electronic Privacy Information Center on Wednesday asked the Federal Trade Commission to release a privacy report Google Inc. recently submitted to the agency, saying the public should be able to review it before the search giant changes its privacy policies on March 1.

The report, submitted to the FTC on Jan. 26, is the first of many Google is required to submit to the agency after the company last year settled privacy allegations related to the search giant’s Buzz social media network.
