Law360, New York (February 03, 2012, 4:03 PM ET) -- A former executive of a Haitian state-owned telecommunications company connected to a Terra Telecommunications Corp. bribery and money laundering scheme said Thursday he would plead guilty to conspiracy charges brought in Florida federal court.
Patrick Joseph, former director general of the state-owned Haiti Teleco, initially pled not guilty to the money laundering conspiracy, but indicated he would change his plea to guilty at a Feb. 8 hearing, according to a court notice.
