Law360, New York (March 01, 2012, 7:33 PM ET) -- Apple Inc. on Thursday won an injunction from a German court against Motorola Mobility Holdings Inc. phones and tablets that infringe a digital photo gallery patent, handing Apple the latest victory in the ongoing patent battle between the two companies.
The Munich regional court ruling, which comes less than a week after a higher German court overturned an injunction Motorola had won against Apple, would stop Motorola from using photo gallery technology protected under a European patent.
