Law360, New York (March 14, 2012, 5:28 PM ET) -- A proposed class action against Symantec Corp. can proceed because sufficient evidence exists to support claims the company duped consumers into buying an unnecessary add-on to its popular Norton AntiVirus software, a Minnesota federal judge ruled Monday.
