Law360, New York (April 09, 2012, 10:53 PM ET) -- Two former employees of thermal imaging company FLIR Systems Inc. on Friday accused FLIR's counsel Latham & Watkins LLP of maliciously suing them for trade secrets misappropriation when they left to start their own business.
In a complaint filed in Los Angeles Superior Court, ex-FLIR employees Timothy Fitzgibbons and William Parrish said Latham & Watkins and partner Daniel Schecter sued them on behalf of FLIR “despite having no evidence and no good-faith basis to believe that plaintiffs committed wrongdoing.”
