Judge Sides With Apple Over Discovery In Samsung Patent Suit

Law360, New York (April 24, 2012, 2:27 PM ET) -- A magistrate judge in California ruled Monday that Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd. violated court orders in Apple Inc.'s smartphone patent infringement suit when Samsung failed to produce, on time, thousands of requested documents referencing disputed product designs.
