ITC Judge Sanctions Apple In Motorola Patent Row

Law360, New York (April 27, 2012, 12:42 PM ET) -- Apple Inc. received another blow Tuesday in a patent infringement fight with Motorola Mobility Holdings Inc., when a U.S. International Trade Commission judge handed down sanctions against the iPhone and iPad maker over misrepresentations its counsel made.
