Tyco Whistleblower Tells 3rd Circ. He Didn't Miss Deadline

Law360, New York (May 07, 2012, 5:58 PM ET) -- A former Tyco Electronics Corp. accountant on Friday disputed the company’s claim that he waited too long to appeal the dismissal of his whistleblower suit, telling the Third Circuit that the clock on his deadline hadn’t started when he filed for reconsideration.
