Calif. Judge Tosses Proview's Suit Over IPad Trademark

Law360, New York (May 08, 2012, 10:39 PM ET) -- A California state judge on Friday tossed Proview Electronics Co. Ltd.'s suit against Apple Inc. over the iPad trademark, finding that the consumer electronics giant can enforce a contractual agreement to conduct the dispute in Hong Kong.
