Law360, New York (May 10, 2012, 8:27 PM ET) -- The U.S. Department of Defense on Thursday released an interim final rule to establish a voluntary cybersecurity information-sharing program with companies that are part of the defense industrial base.
The rule is part of an effort to better protect information that resides on or transmits via DIB unclassified information systems, according to a pre-publication version of a Federal Register notice.
