Law360, New York (May 15, 2012, 11:04 PM ET) -- The Federal Communications Commission on Tuesday asked Verizon Wireless to provide more information after it announced it will sell its 700 MHz spectrum licenses if its purchase of certain advanced wireless services spectrum licenses is completed.
In a letter to Verizon, the commission’s Wireless Telecommunications Bureau asked the wireless service provider for certain information about its use of the lower 700MHz A and B licenses that it obtained at a 2008 auction, which covers roughly 175 million people.
