Google, Oracle To Postpone Copyright Damages Phase

Law360, New York (May 16, 2012, 8:22 PM ET) -- Oracle Corp. and Google Inc. agreed Wednesday to put off the issue of damages related to Google's alleged infringement of Oracle's Java software, taking it out of the hands of the jury that delivered a mixed infringement verdict last week.
