Law360, New York (May 16, 2012, 8:24 PM ET) -- The California Public Employees' Retirement System has launched a $500 million fund to invest in data centers, technology headquarters, research labs and other high-tech real estate, it said Wednesday.
The fund, named TechCore LLC, will be run by GI Partners LLC, a private real estate investor with longstanding ties to two major data storage owners, Digital Realty Trust Inc. and TelX Group Inc.
