Law360, New York (May 18, 2012, 4:00 PM ET) -- Texas-based InMotion Imagery Technologies LLC on Thursday hit Samsung Electronics America Inc. and five other major electronics manufacturers with separate federal lawsuits accusing them of infringing patents covering video indexing technology.
According to the complaints — all filed in the Eastern District of Texas — Samsung, Fujitsu America Inc., Philips & Lite-On Digital Solutions USA Inc., Imation Corp., Buffalo Technology USA Inc. and ASUS Computer International Inc. have infringed two of InMotion’s patents.
