Investor Sues Sprint Over Alleged $100M Sales Tax Dodge

Law360, New York (June 07, 2012, 6:12 PM ET) -- Sprint Nextel Corp. was hit Wednesday with a shareholder derivative suit in Kansas federal court for April stock losses that followed New York officials' accusations that the cellphone provider failed to pay more than $100 million in sales tax, potentially leaving consumers on the hook.
