Law360, New York (June 08, 2012, 5:05 PM ET) -- Hewlett-Packard Co. and other major technology companies on Wednesday joined the U.S. Federal Trade Commission's call to abolish injunctions based on standard-essential patents, saying that such injunctions would crush competition and innovation and drive up product prices.
