Law360, Chicago (June 13, 2012, 4:39 PM ET) -- Private equity firm LLR Partners has made a growth capital investment of an undisclosed sum in digital messaging software provider Message Systems Inc., which boasts Facebook Inc., PayPal and Match.com among its clients, the companies revealed Tuesday.
Columbia, Md.-based Message Systems said it will use the capital infusion to expand into new industry sectors and strengthen its customer engagement software and its position in current vertical markets.
