Law360, New York (June 21, 2012, 7:48 PM ET) -- DuPont Co. on Wednesday accused German solar technology company SolarWorld Industries America Inc. of selling photovoltaic cells containing a type of conductive paste the chemical giant said it had patented.
According to a complaint filed in Oregon federal court, DuPont says SolarWorld has been buying and using silver photovoltaic pastes from Heraeus Materials Technology LLC — also a defendant — that infringe on its patent for the conductive composition.
