Law360, New York (June 26, 2012, 6:03 PM ET) -- The U.S. International Trade Commission on Monday said it had voted to open an investigation into certain electronic imaging devices after FlashPoint Technology Inc. lodged a complaint, setting up another patent fight between FlashPoint and HTC Corp.
The ITC said its investigation is based on FlashPoint's complaint which alleges violations of Section 337 of the Tariff Act of 1930 by the importation and sale of certain electronic imaging devices that infringe its patents.
