HHS Needs Private Help For Health Info Network, Group Says

Law360, New York (June 27, 2012, 1:59 PM ET) -- The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services should partner with private entities to govern a nationwide health information network — a mandate of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 — a health information technology group said Monday.
