VC Firms Win In Fight Over $6.7M Breach Of Contract Award

Law360, New York (July 03, 2012, 7:48 PM ET) -- A California appeals court affirmed an award of $6.7 million in damages to a group of venture capital firms that sued a microchip manufacturer for their share of a $20 million legal settlement, finding Monday that the trial court did not unfairly deprive the manufacturer of a jury trial.
