Law360, New York (July 03, 2012, 4:12 PM ET) -- The American Civil Liberties Union and others urged the National Telecommunications and Information Administration on Monday to do more to provide remote access to upcoming meetings on the development of White House-inspired privacy rules for businesses.
Monday's letter, sent via email by the ACLU, the Consumer Federation of America and 10 other groups, comes ahead of a July 12 meeting centering on transparency in how mobile applications handle consumer data.
