Jury Awards LCD Buyers $87M In Toshiba Price-Fixing Trial

Law360, New York (July 03, 2012, 4:29 PM ET) -- A San Francisco jury on Tuesday found Toshiba Corp. liable for $87 million in damages to two groups of direct liquid crystal display purchasers for conspiring with other LCD makers to fix prices of the flat-screen panels.
