HTC Beats Apple Smartphone Patent Claims In UK Court

Law360, New York (July 05, 2012, 1:21 PM ET) -- A U.K. court on Wednesday delivered a big win to HTC Corp. in its ongoing patent fight with Apple Inc., finding that a group of the Silicon Valley giant's European smartphone patents are either invalid or not infringed by HTC.
